ETEM Project (Entrepreneurship Through Efficient Management)
We understand that young professionals who complete universities across Europe (and even the globe) rarely meet the expectations of the head hunters. On the other hand acting managers do constantly face the challenge to overcome huge number of obstacles in improving their organizations structures and strength flow on daily basis. Fresh look, analysis and input in such a case could be extremely valuable and sometimes even critical.

Priorities:
The ETEM project will offer a unique and highly attractive methodologies based on self-awareness and entrepreneurship methods and developed by leading organizations in the field. Not only that, but by the ETEM project we target to motivate, train and equip young people to create efficient jobs but not only to seek a job and thus to be cheaters of the future economic and organizational environment.
Outputs:
With the course of automation, technology based industrial processes; the professions of the future do require higher efficiency, new structural business/organizational set up and lay on new ground of institutional and organizational network. The transition and restructuring of the existing social bodies and the establishment of new ones, is an open field that young do not only have the opportunity to fill but are also expected to do. By ETEM project we target to arm young people with the knowledge, mindset, understanding and tools to evaluate, plan and execute the transition of the existing industrial and social settings to the settings of the future.
Outputs:
The project will develop guidance, practical tools and training for young entrepreneurs and youth workers in ways that will expand learning and economic opportunities for improving existing organizational and industrial practices. The goals of the ETEM project aim to face the necessity of equipping young professionals with demanded and high profile skills which will bring added value to the European economy. Our key findings with regard to the power of entrepreneurship training with emphasis on management, entrepreneurship and the quality improvement which young people can bring with innovative approach.
We believe that upon the completion of our project, we will be able to help young professionals be armed with a system that will empower their entrepreneurial talents into leverage for an efficient management and consistent growth of new and mature organizations.
Briefly, with the ETEM project we target to train young people how to strengthen their searching impulse into a structured methodology for efficiently reaching results and thus be entrepreneurs and job creators instead of job seekers.
A project in partnership with Prominent partners, aiming to skill young people with tools to apply knowledge and know-how in their entrepreneurship!
We partner with Varna University of Management and Fundacja “Instytut Europejski Pro Futuro Europae” to create and put together a Practical guide/tool for the ambitions young people who would like to be on the wheel of the existing business and social structures into their transition to the near future. The tool will also arm young entrepreneurs with a tutorial program, that will make it possible for others to go through a training course and also be ready to join the transformation of the organizational management in Eastern and Central Europe.
The project targets to customize existing global know-how to the contemporary organizational demand and needs, as they are currently existing in Eastern and Central Europe in particular, as well as will it will lean on global trends and thus will target to meet the demand and organizational management challenges for the coming years.
As a result, we envision to provide young professionals with an unique practical tool and methodology to make their way into the real sector with immediate added value to the organizations, not only as employees but as leaders and managers.
